A full renovation of a Grade II listed Berkshire Estate, combining Elizabethan character with modern functionality and refined comfort. The main house was sensitively restored, while seven barns were transformed into exceptional spaces including a gym, boardroom, billiard room, wine cellar, golf simulator lounge, and a pool house with Bulthaup kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining. Two guest cottages, a new swimming pool, and a refurbished tennis court complete the setting. Working with a heritage consultant, the design preserves key historical features while introducing natural light, contemporary design details, and smart technology for relaxed, elegant living.
