LW Design was commissioned to design Bay Villa, a private beachfront residence on Jumeirah Bay Island in Dubai. The home balances sculptural boldness with understated elegance, unfolding through a sequence of spaces anchored by a three-storey central courtyard. Travertine, deep-set glazing, and natural light define the material and spatial language, while cantilevered terraces and rooftop entertainment zones offer expansive sea views. Designed for both intimate living and large-scale entertaining, the villa integrates passive cooling, strategic shading, and coastal materials—creating a contemporary sanctuary rooted in rhythm, light, and place.
