Crane Club
New York, United States
All project descriptions are provided by SBID Awards entrants.
Crane Club’s re-imagined interior is a collaboration between Susan Nugraha of Tao Group Hospitality and Laseu Studio. The space, hidden behind a grand host stand, features a main dining room with double-height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, red velvet, and cream drapery. The room’s curved booths and archways create intimate sections, balancing elegance with grandeur. Adjacent to the dining area is a dimly lit bar with a 12-seat red marble counter. Rich materials, including red velvet upholstery, smoked and herringbone floors, gold-leafed walls, and Art Deco accents, pay homage to the building’s 1913 Nabisco factory origins.
