This new 7,500 sq.ft. home combines a timeless, cohesive aesthetic with a patina of age. The design juxtaposes old and new and rustic and refined elements through architectural details, materials such as Cotswold stone, Belgian bluestone, pale oak and curated pieces. Scale and proportion led the design in places such as the triple-height entrance, ceiling heights and seamless transitions between areas. Use of natural materials, neutral palettes and layered lighting create continuity and warmth. Unique furniture, vintage pieces, commissioned art and textured finishes add character and patina.
