This high-end residential public space reimagines the lobby as an emotive passage between city and home. Featuring a cascading bamboo installation and curvilinear spatial design, it merges local craftsmanship with contemporary form. With shared lounges, a reading room, and a parent-child space, the design encourages comfort, encounter, and community. Materiality—bamboo, terrazzo, oak, and steel—anchors the space in natural tactility and sustainability.
