Espo Atelier & De-sign were engaged to collaborate with Spotify D&B to create a new Tokyo office that prioritized two goals: enhancing the employee experience with facilities aligned to global standards and designing a space that engaged artists and creatives. The vision included high-spec podcast and music rooms to foster collaboration, a dedicated event area for the music community, and amenities supporting a ‘Work From Anywhere’ culture. These elements were essential in shaping a workspace that was both inspiring and functional, strengthening connections within the music and podcast ecosystem while supporting staff productivity and well-being.
