Point Concept Studio designed and executed their own new office in Dubai as a live expression of their creative philosophy. The 90 sqm space is divided by a striking diagonal partition, guiding visitors through four functional zones: a welcoming entrance, a collaborative meeting and material library, an open-plan workspace, and a private office. Bespoke terrazzo flooring, gradient wall finishes, custom joinery, and acoustic treatments create a refined, sensory environment. Integrated lighting and technology support flexibility and function, while transparent partitions and organic forms enhance flow and openness.
