PLD (Paola Leon Design) have delivered a vibrant and eclectic refurbishment to a 1950s office building in Waterloo. A thorough and creative refurbishment that focuses on art, sculpture, colour and texture. Existing building character is unified with the new via an uplifting aesthetic and sustainable materials, The project embraces circular design principles with unused finishes and fittings from other client projects reclaimed or repurposed, minimising the need for additional resources. Dynamic and adaptable, encouraging movement and collaboration, a range of amenities, social and working areas are created. Fostering an inviting atmosphere for clients, colleagues, and collaborators, promoting innovation and creativity.
