Paragon Interface was commissioned to transform a long-vacant building into a dynamic 9000 sqm workplace for Primedia. The design unites multiple businesses under one roof, fostering collaboration and cultural connection. Key interventions include a new sawtooth roof, and atriums cut through the building’s core, introducing natural light and vertical connectivity via a sculptural staircase. Social and collaborative zones centre around these atriums, energising the space. A minimalist interior complements the industrial shell, offering a neutral canvas for Primedia’s bold broadcast studio branding. The result is a future-forward environment that supports new ways of working for this leading media organisation.
