The design for the prestigious One Offices shared workspace in the landmark building One Za’abeel fuses the aesthetic and fine detailing of high-end hospitality with embedded innovative functionality that enables the workspace to be reconfigured seamlessly around individual business needs to scale or rearrange space for large events. Screens have custom-made casters for mobility and a continuous office ceiling uses a modular lighting system for reconfiguring spaces with reduced construction. A feature staircase was inserted to connect the two floors encouraging mobility while access to the One &Only hotel amenities provides an aspirational balance of work and lifestyle.
