Woodalls transitioned MUFG’s Amsterdam workplace, at the iconic World Trade Centre from a siloed and traditional workplace to a warm, modern hybrid workspace. The project honours MUFG's Japanese heritage while promoting a dynamic work culture. We repurposed areas on levels 3 and 5, creating a vibrant space with flexible, collaborative settings, and state-of-the-art technology. Despite design setbacks the workplace was successfully transformed into an open and flexible environment that embodies connectivity and productivity. It aligns with MUFG's vision of a warm and inviting space, representing a step towards a collaborative future where its people can truly thrive.
