Morgan Lovell designed and delivered Greystar’s new European headquarters in London, working closely with Elizabeth Stuart and HTA Design. The design is seamlessly cohesive with Greystar’s American offices, woven with local character. The office opens up into the grand reception area, with its feature staircase and crystal chandelier. The ground floor also features meeting rooms and a bright and airy kitchen and breakout area. Up the helical staircase, you’ll find open plan desk space with excellent acoustics, further meeting rooms, a tea-point and soft seating areas, in an office that finds the perfect balance of functional and beautiful.
