The head office for the fast-growing young insurance company FWD in Bangkok embodies their brand and market positioning for staff and visitors. With bold brand colours, a fully inclusive workspace with a large number of different workspaces for teams it combines a contemporary perspective and aesthetic with traditional Thai values. Lifestyle graphics sit alongside hand-painted murals with the Thai motif of the bear that symbolises resilience and privacy pods are shaped as per traditional Thai field shelters or 'salas'. Focus was placed on breakaway areas and cafe's with increased hot desking and hybrid workspaces for focused individual and team work.
