Zoom’s London Experience Centre and Engagement Hub redefines the modern workplace, seamlessly integrating in-person, hybrid and remote collaboration. Designed in partnership with experience design agency, Downstream, this 18,000 sqft space blends advanced technology with human-centric design to enhance client engagement and employee experience. Featuring immersive digital displays, AI-powered interaction zones and adaptable workspaces, the design prioritises connectivity, sustainability and wellbeing. Achieving LEED Gold certification, the space incorporates eco-conscious materials and energy-efficient solutions. This project sets a new benchmark for future-focused workplace design, demonstrating how innovation and sustainability can shape the evolving needs of hybrid work.
