NERA partnered with TSK to design a new London headquarters that reflects their analytical culture and supports high-performance work. The space balances quiet zones for deep focus with collaborative areas and a central social hub. Developed with input from employees, the design prioritises user comfort, brand alignment and long-term adaptability. Sustainability was embedded through efficient systems, retained materials and low-impact finishes. Natural light, planting and acoustic control improve day-to-day experience. With its neutral palette, refined detailing and spatial clarity, the workplace delivers a calm, precise environment that enhances client interaction and supports NERA’s operational goals.
