Matrix Design was commissioned by Chengdu Yuchuang Real Estate Co., Ltd. to design the MANSION OF VALUE, a private clubhouse inspired by the New York Waldorf Astoria Hotel. Blending Art Deco grandeur with contemporary refinement, the space features curated art, luxurious materials, and a ceremonial spatial sequence. The three-story clubhouse includes a reception lobby, lounge bar, sales center, and private dining room. Integrating classical symmetry, sacred light design, and immersive artworks, the project creates a culturally resonant, emotionally engaging environment for elite social gatherings—all executed under a tight 10-month schedule with rigorous quality and environmental standards.
