Mon Interiors was commissioned to design the interior architecture and FF&E for the former HSBC building in Holyhead. Founded by a Holyhead native, the project fulfilled a long-held vision to revitalise the local environment. Part of the Levelling Up Fund initiative, the microbrewery and brasserie celebrate Holyhead’s cultural heritage while supporting the local economy. Working with regional suppliers and architects, Mon Interiors overcame challenges to deliver a design blending historic preservation with modern functionality, fostering community pride and sustainable growth in North Wales.
