Morgan Lovell delivered three floors of Fully Managed offices at Bramah House for property owner and developer, GPE. Built as a tea factory in 1898, Bramah House has a rich history which became the inspiration behind its unique design. Key design details include teapot pendant lighting, colour pallets inspired by different flavours of tea and preloved furniture. Each floor features open plan desk space, a choice of meeting rooms and beautiful kitchen and breakout space. They also benefit from excellent facilities, including a games room, sanctuary space, and spacious bike storage with a handy repair station and lockers.
