Our design for Tripadvisor’s Lisbon office blends the company’s global identity with the vibrant local culture. Drawing inspiration from Portuguese, African and Arabian influences, the space fosters creativity, collaboration and employee wellbeing. The office features a mix of open workspaces, quiet focus areas and dynamic social hubs, with a bespoke café-style space at its heart. Thoughtfully designed with rich textures, custom joinery and warm lighting, the office creates a welcoming, functional environment that supports varying work styles. This project successfully merges cultural authenticity with modern design to enhance productivity and overall workplace experience.
