Located in Al Shahla on the Shoreline of the Palm Jumeirah Dubai, offering private beach access and sunset views over West Beach, The Viola Penthouse was purchased as a standard unit before being entirely re-imagined by the Mercury team. The brief called for a complete redesign of the 486.93m² duplex, dating from 2007, to be delivered within a nine-month timeline, within a clearly defined budget. Led by Hamed Ghavidel, Mercury Projects worked painstakingly to create a home that showcases an evident super prime design narrative, yet also works as an intuitive living space.
