Matrix Design was commissioned to create a bespoke private residence in Shenzhen’s Shekou Shuangxi Time Avenue, blending refined coastal luxury with cultural authenticity. This 328㎡ home features a fully customized layout that maximizes panoramic mountain-sea views while integrating advanced smart systems and sustainable practices. Balancing Eastern ritual with contemporary global living, the design incorporates curated art, fluid circulation, and sculptural furnishings to craft a serene, socially vibrant sanctuary. Intelligent reconfiguration, eco-conscious materials, and emotional narrative positioning establish this project as a new benchmark for quiet luxury in China’s high-end residential sector.
