Matrix Design was commissioned by 37 Interactive Entertainment to design the interior of its 37-storey global headquarters in Guangzhou’s Pazhou CBD. The project integrates gaming culture into spatial storytelling through thematic zones and interactive features. A modular, standardized design ensures flexibility for over 4,500 employees, while wellness is promoted through a sports floor with an indoor running track. Sustainable practices include the reuse of furniture, use of recyclable materials, and factory-prefabricated construction components. The result is a dynamic, intelligent workspace that merges creativity, innovation, and sustainability in a landmark tower.
