Inspired by Georges Seurat’s Neo-Impressionist principles, this residential project reinterprets domestic life through a “spatial pointillism” concept tailored for a multigenerational Asian family. The design team transformed the original structure to include a ceremonial basement social hub, intelligent zoning, and a 60-meter circulation loop fostering intergenerational connection. Blending Art Deco influences with digital fabrication, the residence features biomorphic mosaics, acoustic innovations, and daylight-responsive interiors. Through adaptive reuse, prefabrication, and low-impact landscape integration, the project redefines luxury living with cultural nuance, technical precision, and environmental sensitivity—creating a sanctuary where sculptural aesthetics and family warmth harmoniously converge.
