Avolta and PresenteBy debut their Travel Retail partnership with a new store at Abu Dhabi International Airport. Designed by Barcelona-based studio External Reference Architects, the space offers an immersive experience inspired by water as a calming element amidst the chaos of the airport. A digital waterfall greets visitors, while 3D-printed structures mimic flowing water and display products. Built using sustainable materials like recycled PET-G, the store follows a design-for-disassembly approach, minimizing waste and promoting circular economy practices. It's not only a visual oasis but also an environmentally conscious space, redefining the travel retail experience through innovation, sustainability, and high-end design.
