The Speakeasy is a transformative restoration of a forgotten horse barn into a moody, cinematic retreat. Completed in November 2024, the project honors the building’s heritage by preserving original hand-hewn beams and stone walls, creating a tactile, authentic atmosphere. The design juxtaposes rustic textures with polished details—such as a serpentine black stone bar and antique brass accents—balancing warmth and mystery. The intimate lounge, enriched by custom furnishings and family heirlooms, offers a layered retreat that blends history, identity, and indulgence into a richly evocative sanctuary.
