The Medical Protection Society partnered with TSK to transform their Leeds headquarters into a dynamic, adaptable workspace designed to enhance employee experience, sustainability, and well-being. The redesign maximised operational efficiency by reducing the office footprint to 35,000 sq ft and converting 35,000 sq ft into sublet-ready space. The new workspace features flexible work settings tailored for focus, collaboration, and social interaction, supported by hybrid technology for seamless remote working. Achieving an EPC Rating B and BREEAM Excellent certification, the project incorporated energy-efficient systems and sustainable materials, creating a future-ready, people-centric environment for MPS.
