YODEZEEN designed a modern mosque as part of a 12,000 m² private estate in Riyadh that merges spiritual tradition with contemporary architecture. Commissioned by a Saudi Arabian prince, the mosque serves both private and public worshippers thanks to its open position facing the street. Respecting sacred Islamic spatial principles, the design aligns with the Kaaba and incorporates premium materials such as Italian travertine, fluted plaster, and natural wool carpets. A separate wudu facility ensures ritual purity, while the space is fully accessible, welcoming all believers. The result is a serene, sculptural interpretation of a timeless typology.
